Defective Products
If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of the original purchase date for assistance and we'll help expedite your replacement request. For claims outside of the 30-day window, we're happy to help facilitate a replacement request through the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Learn more about Sportsheets' Warranties here.
Incorrect Item Shipped
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement. To begin the exchange process, a return authorization number (RA#) must be obtained from Sportsheets within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Incorrect Product Ordered
To protect the health of our employees and customers, we cannot exchange any products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product.
Change of Mind
Note: All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the shipping box has been opened.
