To place an order, simply add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. When you are finished, click the checkout button and proceed to complete the order. You can also create an account in order to save your card information and shipping address for a faster check out experience in the future.

Discreet Shipping
All of our packages are shipped discreetly, in a plain box or envelope, displaying the sender's name as Intora.
Order Fulfillment Time
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from the day the order was completed. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.
Shipping Methods within the USA
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and Fedex to ship our orders.
Sportsheets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with confirmed delivery status.
Worldwide Shipping
Unfortunately, Sportsheets only ships within the United States.
Shipping Costs
The charge for shipping your order is determined by the weight and size of the products ordered and the shipping method you choose. Our automated system calculates your shipping charge and displays it for you at the time you choose your shipping method.
Overnight and Second-Day Shipping
When calculating time frames for overnight or second-day delivery, be aware that orders are picked up from our warehouses Monday through Friday and not on Saturday and Sunday. Overnight and Second-Day Shipping orders placed before noon Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will usually ship that same day. Orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. Overnight and Second-Day Shipping orders placed after noon on Friday will ship on Monday (or the next business day). Examples:
- Overnight: If your order is placed at 2 pm PST on Friday with overnight shipping, it will be shipped Monday, and will usually arrive on Tuesday.
- Second-Day: If your order is placed at 2 pm PST on Friday with second-day shipping, it will be shipped Monday, and will usually arrive on Wednesday.
We trust our delivery carriers, UPS, FedEX, and USPS to do their best to deliver orders on time as advertised, but we cannot guarantee shipping times when carriers fall behind.
Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive a parcel, etc.) we will notify you by email.
If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on the part of Sportsheets or of the delivery service, then Sportsheets will either replace the order for you or refund all charges, at your choice.
Defective Products
If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of the original purchase date for assistance and we'll help expedite your replacement request. For claims outside of the 30-day window, we're happy to help facilitate a replacement request through the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Learn more about Sportsheets' Warranties here.
Incorrect Item Shipped
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement. To begin the exchange process, a return authorization number (RA#) must be obtained from Sportsheets within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Incorrect Product Ordered
To protect the health of our employees and customers, we cannot exchange any products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product.
Change of Mind
Note: All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the shipping box has been opened.

Backorders
Items that are out of stock at the time of fulfillment will be removed from your order, and you will not be charged for any products that are not shipped.
If any issues arise related to backordered or unavailable items, our customer service team will contact you prior to order fulfillment. Please keep an eye on your email to avoid delays in processing your order.

Tax & Sales Tax
We collect and remit sales tax in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Sales tax is calculated based on the purchase price of the merchandise and, in some jurisdictions, may also apply to shipping and handling charges.
The applicable tax rate is determined by the delivery address and is assessed based on the laws of the destination state and/or locality. All collected taxes are remitted to the appropriate taxing authorities.
