Squirt Like A Boss!

Squirt Like a Boss

Female ejaculation is a hot topic right now- and for good reason!
It isn't just one of those wacky old myths like centaurs or unicorns? Female ejaculation is real and not as elusive and mysterious as people like to make it out to be.
Learning to squirt can be incredibly pleasurable, especially if you're doing it with someone you care about. However, many women struggle to learn the ancient art of female ejaculation and never figure out how to do it properly.
This guide will show you what you need to do to learn to have intense squirting orgasms, whether during sex or masturbating.

The Squirt 101

Squirting refers to the expulsion of fluid out of a woman's urethra during orgasm. That's the only real thing we know about it (other than the fact that it feels A.W.E.S.O.M.E).

The biggest squirting mystery is the identity of the thin, milky fluid that gets released. Although some may claim that they know what it is - no one really does. A recent study claims its urine, but the study only had 7 participants and about as many problems with its methodology. Other researchers say the fluid is generated from the Skene's glands - which is the female version of the prostate. The bottom line is: we don't really know what it's made of, but it does it really matter? Even if it is urine, pee is sterile (as it passes through a very complex filtration system before exiting the body), so it's not going to cause any damage.

If you want to learn how to squirt, then you'll need to enlist help from your G-spot. The G-spot is hotly debated in its own right; however, researchers can agree that stroking the anterior (front) wall of the vagina will create a unique sensation that can lead to orgasmic sensations. Most people are fixated on the squirting itself, but what makes the experience pleasurable is the fact that it's accompanied with an intense G-spot-induced orgasm. Squirting alone doesn't do much in the way of fun.

Female Ejaculation

The Golden Rules:

Take your time

Find and stimulate your G-Spot. Everyone is different, so it's important to take the time to figure your own body out!

Make sure you won't be disturbed

It might be a good idea to 'waterproof' the area before starting

Be patient and have no expectations

Unlike learning a new sex position where you simply need to imitate a picture or diagram you found somewhere online or in a book, learning how to make a woman (or yourself) squirt takes a lot more work. It's half mental - half physical.

Locating Your G-Spot

Before we get to the nitty-gritty of the matter, one of the best things you can do for yourself before even attempting to ejaculate is to start exercising your PC muscles. Your PC muscles (or pelvic floor muscles) are the muscles that sit just underneath your pelvic bone. They are responsible for controlling, urination, your vaginal contractions, and other toilet trips. These muscles can be strengthened with Kegel exercises.

You can find the G-spot inside the vagina, 0.5-2 inches in, on the front-facing vaginal wall.

It's the only surface inside the vagina that isn't totally smooth. It has a rougher, spongy texture

For the first time trying this, it may help to use a mirror. Take the time to get a full view of the vulva. Sit on the floor knees bent with a mirror between your legs. Open your upper labia if necessary, push your pelvic muscles, and you may see the 'golf ball' surface towards the entrance of the vagina.

If your G-spot is too high to be seen with this method, you can use a see-through speculum ensuring you turn it 90 degrees in order to have the 2 penetrative parts towards your legs, leaving the G-spot speculum-free.

Orgasm:

Time to stimulate!

Once you've located where your G-spot is, it's time to gently and slowly stimulate. Remember, this isn't a race for performance, take your time and explore with no expectation!

Use a lot of lubricant! Thicker, higher quality lubricants tend to stimulate the area much better than the more watery ones. Ensuring that you're sufficiently lubricated will allow the sensation to be more pleasurable and get things going a lot faster - it will also reduce the risk of soreness and injury.

Stimulate your G-spot with your fingers or a curved sex toy that has the perfect angle to intuitively reach where it needs to go.

As arousal increases, the internal erectile tissue will fill with blood. As a result, the G-spot, clitoris, and labia will become larger.

Listen to Your Body

Be aware of your body's sensations and adapt pressure accordingly. Remember it should feel pleasant.

For most people ejaculation can only take place once the vulva and G-spot have filled with blood, increasing the size. Because you squirt out of your urethra, feeling like you need to urinate is a good sign.

Don't Pressure Yourself - Or Anyone Else!

Squirting has become a new fetishized sexual benchmark for a lot of people. It's great to want to experience another aspect of sexual pleasure, but don?t let that translate to pressuring yourself to squirt or feeling inadequate if you don't.

It should go without saying that if you feel pressured to do it, it's just not going to happen. You have to be relaxed in order to release. Keep in mind many women who do squirt claim that the squirting isn't pleasurable in itself; it's the orgasm that accompanies the squirting that feels good.

Similarly, don't put pressure on your partner to squirt. There are far too many people out there who want to make their partners squirt simply because of their own egos. Please don't make your partner's involuntary bodily functions serve as an indicator of your superiority. It's beautiful to feel good about bringing your partner pleasure, but it shouldn't be conditional on whether or not her urethra looks like a dolphin surfacing for air.

It's best to focus on the pleasure and let everyone have a good time.
