Return Policy/Limited Lifetime Warranty
Note: Returned product without an RA# will not be accepted or processed.
Important notice: Ordinary wear and tear does not constitute a defective item.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Use the “Contact Us” on our site to inform us in writing of your cancellation. You may cancel your order up until the time it is shipped from our warehouse. Once shipped, there are no cancellations possible. Please order carefully.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Most Sportsheets products are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty (LLW). In the event of a manufacturing defect or malfunction of a Sportsheets product which has a “Limited Lifetime Warranty” designation on the packaging, Sportsheets agrees to and shall repair or replace the product at no charge to you, for as long as you own the product. This limited warranty does not apply to damage to the product resulting from ordinary wear and tear or abuse. The limited warranty does not apply to Dildos, Vibrators or Bullet Vibrators or other non-returnable items which may be included with your product. Sportsheets will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by any manufacturing defect, malfunction, or breach of this written warranty or any implied warranty. The performance of repairs or replacement of the product is the exclusive remedy under this written warranty or any implied warranty.

For the LLW to be used, you must have the following: Original receipt (or legible copy), place of purchase, date of purchase, product images showing issue and a picture of the box if you still have it. It may be requested that the item be returned to us for inspection at your cost. We will either fix or replace your product and ship back to you at no charge to you.
If we request that a product be returned to us for inspection, a Return Authorization number (RA#) will be issued to you via email. This email will also provide instructions on how to properly return the product to us. The RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROPERLY PROCESSED. We will not accept returns without one.
